Length

1. Kneel on the floor with your body completely vertical.
2. Measure from the floor to your belly button.
3. Choose the length closest to your measurement.  If the measurement falls exactly between two choices of length, we recommended to use the shorter measurement.

Waist

1. Measure your waist at your belly button.

Note: Typically you wear a kilt higher on your waist than pants. It is worn at the belly button.
